{"id":4218,"date":"2010-01-11T23:35:28","date_gmt":"2010-01-11T13:35:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.australiantropicalfoods.com\/?p=4218"},"modified":"2014-02-02T02:56:49","modified_gmt":"2014-02-01T16:56:49","slug":"commercialisation-australia-accepting-applications","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/australiantropicalfoods.com\/index.php\/2010\/01\/commercialisation-australia-accepting-applications\/","title":{"rendered":"COMMERCIALISATION AUSTRALIA ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Monday, 4 January 2010<\/p>\n<p>Commercialisation Australia \u2013 the Rudd Government\u2019s $196 million radical new support initiative for home-grown innovation \u2013 is now open to receive applications.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI call on all innovators wishing to bring their product to the marketplace to apply for tailored, hands-on assistance from Commercialisation Australia\u201d said Senator Kim Carr, Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe first step for potential applicants is to visit the new Commercialisation Australia website and fill-in a pre-application checklist.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCommercialisation Australia is a merit-based, competitive assistance program and will support applications with the strongest commercial potential.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt has a broad national reach with case managers based in states and territories across Australia offering tailored advice to successful applicants.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is no deadline for submitting an application to Commercialisation Australia.
