Gulfood 2010 is the central food, non-alcoholic beverage and hotel and equipment event hub servicing the Arab states of the Gulf (Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates) as well as the greater Middle-east region and also attracting quality visitors from Europe, Asia and other parts of the world.
 
The Australian pavilion is traditionally advance booked at the end of each event, making it difficult for new companies to be represented under the Australian banner at this quality event.
